Ranking this book took a little thought. It’s goal was to be a practical guide with practical stores, and for that goal, it hits the mark.
It didn’t have anything novel, but it wasn’t trying to be “best in class” for entrepreneurs. This book is like average pizza; you won’t go out of your way for it, but it can still hit the spot.
The best piece of the stories and quotes as it gets straight to the point. Another positive is that it’s an easy book to skim.
I know that this is a book I wouldn’t buy for my bookshelf, but I may revisit it for one of the quotes.

This book is different from traditional books on leadership. It focuses on leadership agility by having flexibility, a sense of ease, and authenticity. All agile principles from project management to other leadership areas are my cup of tea. So I grabbed a copy of this book.
As the author says, fly on the plane while we build it. The book is well written, is engaging, and pulls the reader into the agility in leaderships.
