Counterfeit! BUYER BEWARE!

Received this book yesterday. In my haste to transfer my notes from 2020 book to 2021 for my test in 2 weeks, I started marking it up before thoroughly checking it’s condition. It is clearly not the same quality as my 2020 book. There are no blank pages after each section for notes. The cheap “post it” tabs are peeling apart (after 1 day!) They didn’t even abbreviate “INTEG” correctly, I had to write in the “I”!!!!
I know I’m unable to return it, since I have written in it. I spent $100 on this worthless piece of crap.

Bought 2 cpt books 1 was missing pages I received a replacement and that also was missing pages. 2 out of 3 books was missing pages!!!!

Very poor quality! The print is blurry. Very disappointed in the print and the post-it tabs.

I bought this book after finishing an educational program for medical billing and coding and before taking a 2021 Certified Professional Coder exam through AAPC. The school did not provide the 2021 CPT code book, and I know there were big changes in E/M, so I wanted to have the 2021 book. I mainly used it for my exam and have not used it as much as the previous editions that I used heavily in my schooling. It came in excellent condition with no problems. The binding is spiral plastic and better than some of the previous bindings. It comes with colored tabs you can use to tab the different sections of the book. It was exactly what I expected. By the way, I passed the exam.

Pages not even cut and separated, missing note page in each section!!

I thought I was buying a great book, so today I started to put the tabs on the chapters and I was finding pages that were not separated, I have had to literally cut them apart, some at the spiral area pages were tearing as I used a razor blade to separate them, not happy, so far a lot of pages and I am not done going through the book about 85% are stuck or not cut and I just counted all the pages to make sure they were there, it’s missing the note page after all the chapters, in fact they were not included in the count, if I could give zero stars I would!!! Will never buy again from them!!
