 Not Controlling Emotions is a Big Problem in Our Society!

Not only is this a good read, it really gets to the point about our emotional problems getting in our way. I think everyone should read this if you want to have less stress. It is about how we choose to look at and react to the world around us. Our choice.

I am only on chapter 3, or step 3 of the 10 steps. So far I have gained a very real, honest and educated understanding of emotional health. Dr. Wood has many real-life examples that make sense. Somewhere along the line you’ll find a connection and thus, gain understanding. One thing she takes into consideration is…there is no one size fits all.

Combining the author’s own experience with emotional health situations, this book conveys a down to earth tool to help others without trying to persuade readers to either medication or alternate treatments. Making healthy life choices is explained in detail to assist the reader in transforming their overall life and health to improve their body’s overall operation.
