This book was so helpful during my first weeks as an advance practice nurse. It was recommended to me by a fellow NP and it did not disappoint. A quick reference guide for treatment and proper documentation. I would recommend this book to experienced as well as new nurse practitioners. Five stars all the way.

This is a spectacular resource, fits well in lab coat pocket, allows for streamlined studying use as well. Really helps put SOAP note development in perspective

Just received this book in the mail and already not liking it. Compared to the previous edition the book is smaller, also what i really dislike is that the soap notes for each diagnosis used to be on 2 pages side by side, now you have to flip the page to see the entire soap note which is a terrible idea!!!! We’ll see how i feel once i start reading the
book.

I absolutely love the book. Brought the first version many years ago and had great use for it then. I’m was so excited to hear the new version 2019 was out. Great tool for me as new nurse practitioner. This book addressed almost all common complaints in the primary care setting. Assist with focus documentation and rapid logical thinking for POC. Love it! Plus, Slightly smaller in size to fit right in your lab coat. Hope to see newer version of the other SOAP books. Great Job!

Don’t do this to yourself. Drop the class while you still have time, change careers, move close to a beach and teach scuba diving lessons, sell fresh pineapple, just don’t do this to yourself. Life is too short. Walk away, no one is going to think less of you.
Cheaply manufactured book

Horrible quality!! I had the book one week and the binding was falling apart! In month the book is failing apart. I keep all my book in good condition so I’m pissed off. I will be making a written complaint and request another book. My friend also brought the same book from the same seller and her book is falling apart also! 🤬

Purchased this book to use for 2 terms in NP school and sadly it broke at the spine in just a couple of hours. I think the book is just too big to be a paperback book.
