Physiology for Dental Students

This book was written to meet the specialized need of understanding physiology as it relates to the clinical dental practice. The authors see this as a text for learning, exam preparation, and general reference.
The book itself is well done with glossy pages and a sleek paperboard cover. Diagrams and charts are plentiful and easy to read. The coverage of subject matter is well arranged and thorough.
The American reader may notice a few European spellings and idioms (learnt), as this book was produced in the UK.
A helpful index and companion web site round out this book’s features. An excellent resource.

Better than ALL the rest

Tina Turner said it better than I ever could. “What’s LOVE got to do with it”. Whoops. Wrong song. Let me start this review over.
Tina Turner said it better than I ever could. “You’re simply the best. Better than ALL the rest.” There. That’s what I meant to say. Seriously. This is the best summary and explication of the various physiological systems in the human body. All in one book.
Six stars. That’s what I’m giving it. And if steals one of the stars, blame them. Not me.
