Since I have been in my senior years I have been reading quite a few books on health, fitness, and well-being, mind, body and spirit topics. I recently saw this 166 page soft cover volume (Living Bliss: Major discoveries along the holistic path by C. Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D.) on for a bargain price and decided to purchase it.Living Bliss Major Discoveries Along the Holistic Path PDF
I have read several books by Dr. Shealy in the past and his approach has always fascinated me because he combines the traditional scientific medical solutions with the more esoteric universal energy systems. His passion is doing research into the numerous forms of techniques and methods of healing and health. The theme in this book focuses on achieving bliss through conscientious psychology.
