Great tool for clinicians of all levels

I got the Kindle version and it looks great on my iPad3. Contrary to what another reviewer said, the Kindle version does have access to the online vids and material. Instructions are right there in the table of contents. The online interface is a little kludgy but it works and I can access the entire book and videos from i pad and computer. What it does not do is seemlessly access the video from the chapter link- but its all there. (the same way it would be from the print version with online access to experstconsult.com.)
