Lovely book but will be returning due to printing issue

I really like the pictures in this book and was looking forward to adding it to my collection. Unfortunately, upon receipt, I discovered that over half of the pages have a large blank line going through them, as if there was a problem during printing. This is just one of the downfalls of online shopping… not being able to physically examine an item before purchasing. I will be returning this item for refund/ exchange.

Pages are thin! First adult coloring book purchase – want to encourage my kid to color& get creative. Leading by example is best long term resonation. I did research before deciding & liked her other coloring book images& liked the cover so went w this one despite li,tied reviews by it was so new. Choose this over other options – sorry I did. i also did a little research to learn what coloring methods people most use. For such a coloring book – where lots use gel pens or thin markers I was expecting much more quality thick paper. Paper is thinner then standard printer paper. Thin! Prolly just give to my kid to have some fun with(destroy;). The photos of the elephant page are Zapotec taken from the negative/underside of the paper so NOT the actual front of the picture but through the back. You can. cleary see how thin the pages are! You can see the prints through/lying underneath just as they lay in the book (see monkey pic-can see the image on the next page through it).

I was upset with this coloring book, the prints are blurry and the lines are not solid for coloring. I figured since it was a cheaper book that it wouldn’t be the best quality but I can’t even use a fine point marker to color these in because the lines are so thin and blurry. I would not recommend buying this product if you like your pages to be bold and pretty.

Cheap/low quality prints unfortunately

Well you get what you pay for. The paper is ultra thin which I suppose is fine, but the printing was done in very low quality similar to old dot matrix printers. You can see the jagged lines in my photos. I didn’t give it a 1-Star because the art is actually very nice. I just wish they were done in higher quality.

Very Detailed & Intricate

Very cool adult coloring book with a huge variety of different animals. Most of the art is very intricate and highly detailed and will keep you busy for HOURS and hours.I don’t think kids would do to well with this one for that reason. I use both colored pencils and occasionally acrylic paint and both work well on the paper stock. Sometimes the designs in this book are even a little too intricate, and when I’m not in a mood to be really precise, I use other styles. But the artwork in this coloring book is really amazing and the results when you finish one can be really amazing! I love all the wild animals and foliage 🙂

Horrible quality pass on this book!

I did not read the reviews before purchasing this or I would have passed. I’m not that picky about a coloring book. I just color to reduce stress, but the quality of this book is horrible. The pages are so thin you can see the next pages image through the paper. I noticed that right away and the fact the imagines were pixelated not crisp. I started to color anyways and turned to see how much it was bleeding through. I flipped through the book further so see the horrible qualiy of the printed imagines. I’m using brush tip makers that require no pressure and are hardly on the paper. I’m worried the paper is going to puncture or dissolve regardless of what I use to color it with. The only positive thing about this book is the variety of imagines. I’m going to stay away from this brand. I hope I can get a refund to purchase something else because I could get something of better quality at the dollar store.

bought this for one of our kids for christmas because he wanted an adult mandala coloring book. he picked this out himself and has been coloring it. The photos are perfect and he really enjoys the different designs.

Paper is just printer paper, so there is that. All the pictures are pixelated and blurry.

Designs are nothing special. There are much better books. If you want something like this one just print free pictures from the internet, you will get better quality.

But it still can be used if you don’t care so I gave it two stars instead of one.

I love this colouring book. there are varying levels of complexity and really relaxes me. It is my first colouring book and I was desperate to get one during the first UK pandemic/lockdown but they were like gold dust. I was so pleased when I finally managed to get one and I’m glad I chose this. with not much to do because of everything going on in the world at the moment and constantly being indoors, I like colouring this book and listening to podcasts. It really passes the time. I can’t say exactly how many pages there are but believe me there is enough to keep you busy for a long long time! The page behind is blank so you don’t need to worry so much about the colours bleeding through to the next colouring page.see pictures and videos!

I have this and another one . ts so relaxing and can be intricate in the colouring doing each shape or just each part . I love it , helps me relax and the finished picture is satisfying , Definitely recommend . I use pens if you use pens pt a blank piece of paper behind the page as it can go through depending on pens .
