Great little book

Amazing little book full of good information. A little brief but it’s still very informative exploring chakras and even a few spells and ritualsm a good starting point and great for reference. The pages are good quality with great illustrations and font. I thought the quotes throughout were a great addition. The book is also very aesthetic with a good layout and visuals. Reccomend to those starting to use crystals

Bought for my Son’s special birthday to go in his little home made box of crystals. He loves having a quick glance through to familiarise himself with the powers of each crystal & i think he’s read the whole book too! Lovely small size too. A great informative book.

Nice little book which outlines history of crystals, how they work, the power of colour, cleansing crystals, and provides an A-Z of crystals stating their origin, what month birthstone it is for, what chakra zone it works with, and what they are best for e.g. stability, protection, concentration etc. And also provides crystal meditation. For such a small book it packs a lot of information. Well impressed

The Cornerstone and First Step to Self-Help

I first read this book a few years ago, and it didn’t make mush sense. I read it again during the first lockdown and over weeks, I started to see how helpful and applicable the content is to anyone who has been or going through a rough time in life for whatever reason. and I am reading it for a second time currently.
The layout is structured, and written in plain, easy to understand language. Louise tells her truth honestly and to the point, with all the wisdom of someone who knows first-hand how difficult life can be; and how inspite of everything, there are things an individual can do to help herself/himself.
For the records, at no point she advocates not seeking medical help. Neither she claims she has all he answers. Her point is about taking simple steps to look after yourself first. Infact, if anyone is having counselling for bad things that happened to them in the past, this book helps them to keep grounded in the present time first which is the point of power. Many of the new self-help books are just a re-hash of what Louise has written in this book. Read this book with the intention of learning from it, and you get far more than your money’s worth.

The Title is a true saying a very spiritual and uplifting book I use it for therapy as the waiting lists are too long.
We all have something within us to make us a better and stronger person learning to love ourselves again when you feel that life is not worth living this book can be a turning point. Though a lot more content could have been added.

This book came very very quickly the next day actually wasnt expecting it to come that quick! I got this book for my birthday half way through reading it I love it! It has changed my life and the way I think. Definatly worth it. Brought this book for my brother for his birthday it was so good. Read with a possative and open mind. It might just change your life too. Been happier ever since I picked this book up!
