Kindle Version lacks Print Version material *SAME PRICE*
April 28, 2021

The Kindle Version & Print version are both listed as 134.99$ but the Kindle version lacks any online resources at Lippincott’s The Point. This is very disappointing for anyone who needs a mobile version (Kindle) and would like access to the digital resources that Lippincott offers to people who purchase the print version.

Severely damaged despite paying full price for a new book?!
May 10, 2021

I’m sure the info in the book is great, and I really enjoy the pocket guide. However I paid full price for a brand new boo as I would like to keep this book long term as a reference my first few years as a NP. The book was in horrible condition, the entire binder broker, pages ripped, the cover broken. I would like a replacement sent ASAP!!!

One of the worst textbooks ever

This textbook is appalling. It’s mostly just pictures of assessments, with a small amount of descriptions. There’s is also A LOT of spelling errors and typos. Very poor editing.

Typos and Errors
January 26, 2022

I started reading one chapter and I started seeing so many typos. Is this normal? At first, I thought it was a terminology I didn’t know yet but then the more I read, I realized it may be a typo. Some typos are obvious and it doesn’t necessarily hinder me from reading but some other typos are difficult to figure out what I am reading. Is this normal for this textbook?

Update: The more I read this textbook, the more errors I find. It is pissing me off while I am studying. I will never buy again from this store

Every new provider needs a book that tells them what’s normal and abnormal, and what to disease process to expect during an assessment. This book breaks it down with pictures and sidenotes that I feel will be beneficial to the new provider. Must buy!

Excellent teaching resource.

Is the current standard for education. The 13th ed. is expanded from the 12th, and is longer than it needs to be. Clear illustrations and text.
