What sucks is that the definitions of the meanings of stones is wrong!! Not all, but some.. what’s the point of having a chart if the info is wrong??

I like to have multiple references available without actually browsing each one on the computer. I might sound old-fashioned but I call it practical. I have it on my work desk and it is easier for me to reference a gemstone composition using the chart than going page by page online. I don’t waste client’s time either.
Great tool for beginners

This is a really great guide for beginners! I’m learning about crystals from my coworker and it’s very overwhelming where to start and knowing what does what. This is a simple guide thay explains the colors, composition (so if you’re into geology you’ll enjoy this part), the hardness level, a few other things but most importantly what the crystal is suppose to help with. I wish they made this in a purse or wallet size so I could take it with me
This is about the size of a standard 8×10 piece of paper x3. Still a great starting tool but if they come out with a smaller travel size, I’d definitely buy it.

Quick & easy to find each crystal, of which their is a good variety. Much easier than trawling thru books when wanting a quick summary of basic information. Pictures are accurate & add to the ease of finding stones, especially if unsure of the name. Good for people just starting to learn about crystals as well as those with more knowledge – especially when, like myself, one does not possess a photographic memory [smile].
Quickstudy website also very handy.

Great Learning Tool For Science Class Or Home School – Grades 5 – 12

Wonderful identification chart that’s laminated and can be clipped into a folder/Trapper Keeper’s(©️/TM) – honestly while I said 5th – 12th grades in title, that was more of a general reference point. I believe in challenging children no matter their age if they’ve got an interest!
As a Geomorphologist, specializing in Volcanology, I can honestly say that this chart is a fun and easy to use reference resource for any age. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was mixing pure Science with the whole “zen, yoga, new age” type stuff they include about certain stones and crystals being good for: ‘meditation, helping with anxiety, or saying they can be used for protection’ & talking about what Chakras a particular one works with.
I’m all about the Science – but hey if that works for some folks more power to you. I just don’t feel it belongs on an identification chart when they could easily have made a separate chart for those types of things and by combining them it makes it confusing for younger children. Again, not against any of that stuff, just wish they’d made separate chart and left it off this one that’s all.

The info on the pamphlet was not even close to accurate, the pictures are not very clear, the coloring is off and to top it of my 2 copies had holes punched into them for a binder !! Which destroyed the pictures and printing near the creases. I own a Crystal shop and this was the worst crystal info i have ever run across. Do not buy !! Complete garbage.

I have purchased a few of these laminated info products. I love every one of them. It’s a nice resource piece and the lamination really sold me. I first bought a spices one and knowing it could be wiped down made it a no brainer. This one was purchased as a compact resource guide for an 11 year old who loves rocks and gems. I plan on purchasing several more of the guides.
