Lacking weight and measurement update pages.

The book itself looks adorable. The binding is in good shape, but I just purchased so I am not sure how it will hold up over time.
My main qualm would be that there are only two weight and measurement update pages, one at the very start (day one) and one at the very end (day 90). I would like to check in on my progress more often than 90 days. The individual pages have space for recording your daily habits (i.e. food intake, water, sleep etc.) However, no available space to track your progress.
I personally weigh myself once a week and take measurements once per month. Would be nice to see more space allotted to tracking progress as opposed to simply minute day to day details.

This journal is fabulous – enough room to write breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks….as well as keep track of fluids, exercise, cravings and sleep. I love that I can rate how I feel about the day as well. I have been journaling my food for probably five years (major stomach issues – doctor uses these journals) and I have to say this is the best one yet.

You know you need this to give you that last nudge towards a healthier life. I have tried and failed numerous blank journals for documenting my workout and this is the only one I have been able to stick with. The detailed organization really speaks to me and excites me. I like to make things personal so I changed the cover of my book and added a quote that inspires me to every other page.
Once you buy your book and it arrives, commit 100% to the 90 days. Make it your own by adding quotes, stickers, coloring, or whatever thrills you. There is enough room on each page for a few sentences about how it went and a positive note on what went right that day.

A great way to start your health journey

I really like this cute book. Helps to keep me accountable day to day on my fitness journey. Since using it I don’t feel like I’m trying to uphold a new diet or trend. I am simply keeping track of the most essential aspects of living healthy day to day. Things I would change about the book are the size (it’s too large to take everywhere, so I’ve had to take a piece of paper with me to log while away from home).

I would also like to see a progress check at least every 15-30 days versus just having one at the beginning and the end. 90 days is a long time to not check your progress.

This is strictly personal to me, but I felt the need to add a space for checking in with my emotions since I had a habit of emotional eating. I like that it has a “cravings/response” section as well as a sleep log.

I highly recommend this book and want to keep using it once I am done with this 1st one.

Size is a little too large for carrying around

I like this book. So, even though I purchased this knowing the size of the book, it is really too large for easy transporting around. I look forward to continuing to use it, but I think it is just staying at the house instead of coming with me everywhere. This problem sort of defeats the purpose of writing down everything eaten as you go about your day.
