I was going to pick a quote from the book to highlight a part that struck me, then I realized that it was no particular section that I appreciated more than the other. It was the book in its entirety.
1. To be honest, I had very few moments where I thought “wow, never heard anybody say that” and that’s what makes the book so good and accessible. It shares deep structured insight into, for me, common sense things and helped me understand the contents of my mind, or at least have a way of approaching it.
2. I don’t finish books. They lack practicality to me. This book I finished, partly because of how accessible it is and partly because my mind state was already on a growth wavelength, so it felt reassuring to me, I just very much appreciated the context and the push.
3. Biggest Turn-On: The author speaks from a place of having applied his own advice. I will read more of his books because of that.

these strategies then I believe that it will pay off immediately during the pandemic and over the long term pay lifelong dividends.
