Plain book with just quotes

1 extra star because it’s cute and plain. I was disappointed that it did not have at least 1 picture. If it’s a “Style To Live By” book, then throw in some pics with some styles she lived by, like it would have been good to include such in Charpter 3, pg. 68. If it’s “The Little Guide To”, then publish a guide, not just quotes and facts I can pull on Google search. We need something interesting, intriguing and eye catching.

It contains quotes by and about Coco Chanel that are thought provoking, insightful, pithy, historically significant, etc. She was certainly not without controversy or flaws, but nonetheless was an important figure, particularly as a woman who climbed to the highest heights of an industry which, at the time, was not densely populated with women at high levels of executive or creative influence. Despite her flaws and misjudgments, I think this little book is worthy of placement in any home – a little gem to flip through from time to time.

A Tiny Book With Great Insight into Coco Chanel

There is nothing wrong with this really tiny book. I love that it contains very insightful quotes from the lady herself and it’s my fault that I did not read the description more carefully. When I say tiny, I mean really small and there are no illustrations or pictures…none.

This book is very cute in a sense why its smaller than I thought it would be but still aesthetically pleasing it is mainly quotes but it does give a bit of coco chanel’s life on the pink pages
