Gorski, the author, is considered the final word in all matters of IV therapeutics. This book is an extension of her previous work with the Infusion Nursing Society Guidelines. I use this book to update nursing educational materials. It is clear, concise, but quite thorough. I like the layout of the book which includes plenty of tables and graphs along with quick “need to know” material highlighted in box format. A great go-to guide for any nurse involved with infusions.
