Where is access to video clips for $200 kindle edition?????

I just purchased kindle format of 8th edition of Feigenbaum as well as latest edition of Braunwald. There are no access instructions for getting to the video clips…this is an ECHO BOOK. It’s useless without the video access. In contrast, wth Braunwald, it was immediately clear how to access online content. The book is $200!!. Its unacceptable for the publisher to be so opaque. No where does it state that online content is not available on the kindle edition. I will be contacting customer support and will update review. If any authors are reading: FIX THIS ASAP!!

The text itself is wonderful. I really like how concepts are explained.
However, I can’t figure out how to access the video clips on the eBook, which is a publisher problem and not an author problem

Identified on many other reviews, you can’t learn echo without videos and images. How this has gone unacknowledged and unresolved by kindle, online store and the author is surprising.
