This book is the most informative of all 6 I was required to buy for physical assessment. It gives a list of differentials and tests for each. Helps to rule out each differential based on their body system.
Best one, hands down!
Great Resource for NP Advanced Health Assessment and SOAP Notes

This was not a required book but I kept noticing that my professor kept referencing this book so I purchased it. Great resource and use it more than my required text. Well worth the money in my opinion and helped me with completing my SOAP Notes.

I rented this book and wish I would’ve purchased it for my program and as a resource for my clinical rotation in an FNP program. It is a great resource that has a great information flow that is short and to the point. Save your money on renting and purchase this!
Book is missing 32 pages!

I purchased this book in February, 2020 for a course I was supposed to be taking last summer. The course got postponed until now due to Covid and the book has been in its plastic wrap since I received it. I opened the textbook for the first time a few days ago, only to find that it is missing an entire section! Pages 383 to 414 are missing. There is no gap in the binding, indicating that those pages were never included in the first place. (See image above.) I have contacted the publisher, Elsevier, who will do nothing to replace the book as it wasn’t purchased directly from their website. Buyer beware!
Update: I sent the above picture to , and they will be refunding me fully once they receive the book.
I have used previous versions of this book in past, and have found it incredibly useful for my practice. But this version has been a huge disappointment.
