I have some books about Cardiac MRI and CT.
This one is by far the one I prefer to use in my routine. It is concise yet complete.
The text clear and the author managed to address most of the problems you may face with your cases in one volume.
Dr. Abramson mixes his own experience with the main articles published in the medical literature over the last years delivering a text that is easy to read and straightforward.
A must have for the radiologist dedicated to cadiac ct.

This well-organized and clearly written book, provides three major functions: A)information on how to perform cardiac CT and coronary CT angiography, B) detailed knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and disease conditions, and C) extensive coverage of the field so it functions also as a reference book. Abramson has amassed experts in a variety of cardiac fields and unified their chapters into a cohesive volume covering the basics to the future challenges. The book contains extensive CT images as well as numerous illustrations and drawings that clearly demonstrate the concepts and information from cardiac and coronary CT. It is an outstanding book to have as part of one’s imaging library.

I have a few text books in this topic and I have read a number of articles and I think this book is by far the best reference. Even though it was published in 2011, it explains in detail the technical aspects (even dual source), better than books published more recently. It has protocols according to the manufacturer which is a big plus. I highly recommend this book for both daily practice and for board exam.
