Meghan M Jenkins “I got a couple books on and this one is the prize. Its not a lot of content so I pair it with others for reinforcement, but what I love about it is the organization of it. Instead of just alphabetical order/26 letters then some words, it is more like a curriculum laying out a logical progression of concepts. It builds on letters that share common formations and each page includes transitions and words that use letters introduced so far. Highly recommend this little $4 book to include if you are teaching cursive at home.”

Brain Murray “The book is ok there’s 32 pages and I was hoping it would have at least each letter of the alphabet for practice~at least half a page for each letter but it does . There’s only 1 page with entire alphabet for practice and the remainder of the book has a few letters repeatedly for practice. So for me I wouldn’t buy it again.”

Kristen “Honestly I thought we were going to love this based on its rating. The book doesn’t even show them the proper way to write the letter in cursive. I didn’t notice until I saw my child writing the letter d completely wrong over and over. This book is ok if you already know the proper way to write the letters but he doesn’t have the strokes for them at all.”

The Silva7 “This is a good book to practice in but as far as learning cursive initially, I would prefer the alphabet in order. Capital A, lowercase a, and so on. This book, with the blends right away, tend to make the student feel overwhelmed at times. We’ll continue to use this as future practice but I will print out some easy alphabet pages online for beginner learning.”

Simple lessons that give my boys the repetition needed to make forming these letter natural to them. They will be required to write in cursive next school year for the first time.
