Good Book but CD is Missing

This book is full of clear, concise MRI images of MS lesions. I have had MS for 36 years, and it became secondary progressive 3 years ago. My Neurologist suggested I check this book out to see these images and how they correlate to symptoms. However, the CD that was supposed to describe what I was looking at is missing, so the book is nearly useless. With the CD, I could learn much more and become less anxious about what is going on inside my brain and spinal cord.

Necessary addition

This book is a wellcome addition to any neuroradiological library or collection. However some of the images are reproduced somewhat darkly and there could have been some more text. It does however come in a handy format and you will see most types of MS lesions. It is also not too expensive and comes with a great CD.
