Beware if you are looking to use the online version!

Despite purchasing the title new from , I had to go through email hell from the publishers online customer service to try to get online access for this title to review echo images.
Lippincott Williams and Wilkins website promptly denied access to a never used online code from the newly purchased book and insisted on answering questions in multiple emails (5 and counting and still no access!).
The book itself is good but the publisher’s claim to online access and the supplemental material is a crapshoot. YMMV.

Great for fellows. Not an unreadable textbook. Not an over-simple introductory text.

This book fills the need for a text that is neither over-simply introductory, nor a dense textbook. Useful for Cardiology Fellows.

If you like reading ebooks on your phone or tablet, DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK!

The book is excellent, as the previous edition, but the ebook platform is just miserable. I don’t know why LWW does not retire Vitalcrap and use the Inkling expertconsult.com platform for all its books.
