good work by online store. deliverd in time and in good condition.But poor work by the publishers. The book is torn within a single use.poor binding.Regarding the contents of the text, it is well organized but missing so many important things . Touches all aspect but the details of each and every topic is not elaborate. A good book for undergraduates.

I just paid yet another $30 to be able to do my job. I’m not at one of those schools with “funds” for “extras” like “style manuals” that might “let a person do a major portion of their job.” The APA updates these every few years, and the rest of the APA-style world has to stop what it’s doing and learn a new system. Some of these changes are for good reason, like avoiding reductive language. Others seem motivated by such minor concerns that one wonders how desperately the APA needs a bit of extra funding this year. Oh, I should bold my figure names now? Amazing!

Overall, this is the 21st century. Computers exist. The APA is not supposed to be for-profit. How about making the PDF free to download and the hardcopy $15 on print-by-demand? Even better, I’d pay $5 for a PDF that could be updated electronically with higlighted changes the next time the APA decides to make a small but critical chunk of tens of thousands of scholars’ skill sets obsolete.

 Nice edition, yet very fragile

I do love the practicality of it being spiral-bound. Yet, as another user mentioned before, the pages are extremely fragile. I’m attaching a picture showing how the very first page was already torn when I got it. I’ll have to take some special measures to protect the book. Other than that, it is a beautiful edition.
 This latest version is the best – very user-friendly!

I have used several editions of the APA Manual, but this latest version is very user-friendly and includes examples right inside the front and back covers which is so convenient. I will use this manual not only for myself, but for my students as I teach online research courses.

I never thought I’d find myself writing a review of the APA manual, but here it is.

My last copy of the APA manual is destroyed, with pages falling out and tabs to easily access the quick things I need while writing nursing school papers.

This edition is put together well with tabs to easily find what you need. The paper quality is very good, so hopefully I won’t end up with pages falling out in 3 years.
