The Authors

Edward Zuckerman, earned his PhD in Clinical Psychology and with over 200,000 in print and a computerized version) and The Paper Office (in a Fourth edition for 2003) which contains all the forms and guidance one needs to operate a private practice legally, ethically, and profitably. He edits the series of books called The Clinicians ToolBox at Guilford Press and consults with Social Security Disability Determination in Greensburg.

Edward L. Zuckerman, PhD, consults and creates effective practice tools for clinicians. He found his life’s passion while working as a psychiatric aide at New York’s Bellevue Hospital in the 1960s. Dr. Zuckerman has worked with adults in a variety of clinical contexts, acted as liaison with state hospitals, taught undergraduates, and maintained an independent practice in general clinical psychology for many years. He lives in rural western Pennsylvania.

I honestly I think this book should mandatory for students in clinical psychology! Great guide, and reference to what an interview should look like. I amazed on how good this book helped me out as I’m working on my M.A. This book is like gold, don’t sleep on this one.

I wish I’d found this book in undergrad. The usefulness of its content is impossible to overstate. The sheer number of descriptors provided for writing progress notes and reports is worth the buy in my opinion. An absolute must have for your bookshelf if you’re in the mental health or social services field.

Right corners of book bent and pages inside were bumpy. I can still read it and since I need it for my education I’m keeping it. But when I pay $50 for a brand new book I expect it to be in better condition so I was disappointed. I’m unable to leave feedback on for this product. Link doesn’t show product.

This product arrived bent and in a poor condition, despite being a new product. The content was alright. I liked the last edition better. It seems a bit disorganized.
