excelente texto pero no me ha venido el DVD

Me he comprado este libro, pero no ha venido el DVD. No me acuerdo se en la ocasión de la compra me había fijado si incluya el DVD, pero no recomiendo comprarlo sin DVD. Merece la pena comprarlo porque es un texto muy bueno, para aquellos que ya tienen un conocimiento básico en eco transesofagico, pero sin las imágenes en video creo que pierdes mucho. He intentado sin éxito comprar el DVD en separado.
