Omission of the female GU structures
May 2, 2021

The exclusion of the female pelvic structures (uterus, adnexa, vagina) and associated pathologies (including benign and malignant tumors as well as pelvic floor insufficiency), whilst dedicating two sections to the male prostate/seminal vesicles and the male penis/prostate/scrotum, strikes me as a gross negligence in a book that, at least on surface, purports to provide “expert consult” of the abdominal/pelvic structures. I bought this book expecting to learn MRI findings of the abdomen and pelvis so I am thoroughly disappointed by this omission.

The remaining chapters that I have read thus far are concise and well written.
