I just wrapped up my second journal and ordered my third one! It’s light, easy, and doesn’t require the stress of counting macros. My journal helps me stay accountable throughout the day. I’ve lost 50 pounds in the last six months. It’s all about mindset!

Love it!! I have had 3 other friends buy it after I told them about this journal. I find many food and fitness journals overwhelming and because of that rarely use them longer than a few days. This journal is short and sweet. Few daily trackers or notes and thats it. Writing daily goals has helped me focus on one day at a time and I love that its not an endless journal. Its 13 weeks. So you can set a small goal and focus on that and then see your “end” results. For me its more effective than any other journal I have tried so far. I highly recommend!! And good luck on your journey to a healthier, stronger, happier you!!!

I love this book. I started using it because I just was not losing weight even thou I thought I was eating and doing the right things. I was difficult for me to log in my weight loss app sometimes because of internet issues and I would not log some days . I log everyday in my book. I see where I’m making the wrong choices. And I love, love the weekly check in. I lost weight and inches. Soooo excited. LOVE IT!😍❤️👍🏼

I am old school and love to write things down. It makes it easier to hold myself accountable. This item has been easy to use and only takes a minute or 2 of my morning to complete. I have been on this journey for 6 weeks now and it has been great! I love documenting things in this journal. If you are anything like me and dont really want to be on your phone more than you already are documenting your health journey… this is the item for you.

I bought this book after searching a few month trying to find the right book. I use the myfitnesspal app to help me count my calories but love the layout of the book, writing daily goals, tracking what I eat, how much I work out, my mood, and how I provided self care. The first week was slow but now several weeks in I am seeing results but also feeling pretty motivated. I am one that loves to journal and have always preferred pen and paper. This book has really helped me stay motivated. I also write notes and motivational quotes so if I feel discouraged I can read them to help me. Great quick 13 week book. I already bought two more because it has helped so much.

Love this tracker.. it has really helped me stay accountable for what I’m eating and if I’m exercising.. makes me more cautious and aware of what I’m doing knowing I have to write it down.. would recommend this tracker especially for the price
