This book has a great deal of information, it’s very practical and easy to use, right to the point, no fluff. Exactly what I was looking for. For instance, he tells you why sitting in a chair all day at work causes you back pain and what exercises you should do to strengthen or stretch those muscle groups to relieve that pain. If you can’t get out of bed in the morning because your back hurts he tells you exactly what exercises and stretches you need to do to strengthen /stretch the involved muscles, so you can get up out of bed pain-free. I bought it used and it was in perfect condition. I hope to get some good use out of this book. I am a registered nurse I need all the help I can get.

I simply don’t understand why everyone in chronic pain hasn’t read these books. Been to the doctor and recieved nothing more helpful that a bill? Taken a million dangerous pills – had surgery? Still in pain? Stop useless treatment and listen to what this man has to say. Stop letting pain ruin your life. It’s not difficult. It’s simple. Read. Just read.

This doctor doesn’t believe in MRIs which is beyond absurd and is akin to an anti-vaxx doctor.
