And to respond to D Godfreys one star review: Laughable? the book has been out for less than 24 hours. There is no way in hell you read 500 pages. You took one line from the book.. used it severely out of context.. (I might add) in order to make a judgement. Please no one take him seriously, it’s nothing but a troll review.
