If you like a book with pretty colorful pictures, this is NOT IT.

Turned off by the fact that the pages and images are NOT in color. I like pretty pictures, that’s my first step on deciding what to eat. If it looks healthy and pretty yummy, I want to eat it. If it looks grey, monochrome, lack of healthy colors I don’t want to eat it. For full transparency, haven’t tried any of the recipes yet…. I guess it does not excite me or motivate me to open it. :/

Cool! The recipes are great for a minimalist cook wanting to use a simple amount of ingredients with a big flavor result. All of the menu items I’ve made so far from this book have been mind blowing. My gf and I have been so happy with the meals we’ve made. I’ve recommended this book to a few people already and I’ve only had it a week or so. Amazing one! Lovely book!

Well done! Must have book!! My cookbook finally arrived today! I would suggest every newbie to the Instant Pot have this!! Clear step by step instructions walking you through each recipe. No guessing on what to do while cooking in your pot. I am so impressed and I know this will help me have good results while learning to use my IP successfully! Tonight was chile, and it turned out good. I knew exactly what settings to have my IP cooker set too and for how long. I finally feel comfortable using my new Instant Pot! Plnat based diet is amazing! Lovely book!

Awesome! This book has a food list what should we eat and what should we avoid. In this book there are good recipes, for every day. Most of the recipes i wanted to test in practice, and with confidence i will say that this is the best thing i did, it turned out very tasty. The author did an excellent job of writing.
