Lisa Keene “As someone who has worked in Pediatric medicine for nearly 15 years, I continue to turn to the Red Book for answers on infectious disease. It is extremely informative and helpful. Sometimes I even photocopy pages to give to parents, schools, or daycares to support my recommendations. Love this book!”
Willene “I’m only on chapter 2 and already so annoyed. There are so many writing errors that I am legitimately struggling to get through this book. Random capitalization, punctuation that makes no sense, and the rambling! Yikes! I can barely focus on the content because I get so distracted by the writing errors and have to skim to find the parts that are relevant. I’m disheartened I actually paid for this.”
MrHonest “This is an amazing book. Ignore the bad reviews. You do not have to agree with 100% of the book in order to gain a lot of good knowledge. There is a ton of great information in this book. I would highly recommend it. People always tell me how happy my kids are. They also are always amazed when they hear that they have been sleeping about 8 hours a night since 8-12 weeks old. Honestly the schedule is life changing. The main thing this book is going to do is help you understand your baby. It builds a lot of confidence in that. The more you understand your baby, the more you can mould the schedule to fit their individual needs.”
“Buy this book. Don’t read the negative reviews. I used this book with both of my babies. They are now 20 and 24 years old! Obviously this advice has stood the test of time. We followed the simple schedule and within a week or two our babies were sleeping for longer stretches. It makes total sense that when their digestive system is on a schedule it will help their sleep schedule. Our children were always good sleepers. All through their childhood, they went to bed without a struggle and rarely woke in the middle of the night. They are also both very healthy and get over colds and things very quickly. I am 100% convinced that it’s because of the healthy and solid sleep they learned as infants…because of this book. I just bought this book for my niece who’s expecting their first baby! I’m so glad I can pass on this great book to her!
