What is the purpose of this book?
It is not developed under the same point of view: some sections develope a superficial practical approach-oriented description, other are just a simplified description of the disease…

I purchased this NEW from
and the passcode for it won’t allow me to access any of the modules for this book online. It says that the passcode has already been used. It was not listed as used, please be careful if you need to use it for the internet modules. This was unfair online store

e-Book code not valid – NEVER BUY BOOK from

I would not purchase any book from (third party), as the eBook code in the book will be invalid.
I recommend that you purchase books (where you want e-access codes) directly from the primary source. I have just spent alot of money for an e-copy that does not work.
