My favorite DNP program textbook so far…

This book is amazing! Best textbook I’ve had in a long time. There is excellent information in here. Each chapter has a very concise, well written pathophysiology, followed by specific diagnostic criteria, medications, and medication guidelines for a specific disease process. At the end of each chapter is a helpful box that includes monitoring and follow-up which is also very useful. The thing I appreciate most about this book is the brevity and clarity it has in explaining/discussing concepts. It also makes cross comparisons with nice tables between different sets of guidelines, and usually includes algorithms for drug selection. I will be keeping this one as a reference when I begin practicing as an FNP.

Difficult to read in Kindle format, cut off of pictures on Cloud reader and had to change view to see all words but still hard to see in single pane on computer.
