Lyman, MD, MPH, FACP, FRCP (Edin), FASCO, is Co-Director of the Hutchinson Institute for Cancer Outcomes Research, a Full Member of the Division of Public Health Sciences at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and a Professor of Medicine and Medical Oncology at the University of Washington.In addition to serving on the ASCO Board of Directors, Dr. Lyman is a member of the Journal of Oncology Practice’s Editorial Board and Cancer Research Committee, as well as Chair of the Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee. He also sits on the Breast Cancer Consensus Panel, and is Co-Chair of the Breast Cancer Guideline Advisory and Survivorship Guideline Advisory Groups. An ASCO member since 1977, Dr. Lyman has served on the Journal of Clinical Oncology Editorial Board, the Cancer Education Committee, and as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Oncology Practice, among other activities.
