Completely nonsensical abbreviations ruin this book

The premise of this book is great – correlating US images with anatomical drawings, but the annotations are just incomprehensible. The authors have made up a completely nonsensical abbreviation “system” that ruined this for me! Maybe I’m an idiot, but I just couldn’t learn from this. And, the ebook was inaccessible. Maybe rent this before you buy it to see if it works for you.
