A little disappointed

I had high expectations for this item but in reality it is just a very simple coloring book. While the drawings are very easy to color, the texture of the paper is not quite right in that markers are out of the question due to bleeding over on the next page. Colored pencils are not quite bold enough for the texture is this paper, so I tried using gel pens. They work ok, although light colored pens are very hard to see due to what i believe is the odd texture of the paper. Overall is a fairly decent item for the price, but would be so much better with thicker paper.

Loves the QUALITY of paper and images.
Quantity is nice too. Often coloring books only have half that number of pages.
Price is well worth it.
My mother finds it soothing, so Stress Relief is a great name for it!
BOTTOMLINE: DEFINITELY glad I purchased, but take a look at some of the pages and decide for yourself.
I think you will be happy at QUALITY, which isn’t always easy to tell online.

The pictures are perfect for one sitting. Not too detailed but fun to color. I can’t wait to get started on my first picture.
