The book has good updated info HOWEVER not well organized and they don’t refer to the studies or the data behind their treatment recommendation in the text by numbers or whatever. They only write down at the end of each chapter some recommended reading.

It doesn’t look original but, i believe it is! But its completely different of i saw in a book store.
Hidden behind black tape i could read south asian edition. Not the same quality, paper, printing method. Really disappointed!
