Buyer beware of the Kindle edition. This textbook has an index that lists topics but does not have any page references – which means the index is USELESS! This flaw makes it impossible to look up individual topics. The online edition which is included with the hardback edition from the publisher does in fact have an index with page reference numbers. claims this is a problem with the publisher not with Kindle

I received two volume II books. After I claimed I did, they sent me volume I and II almost inmediatly. I live out of the US so I had to pay international shipping TWICE for the product. Other than that, my dad is very pleased with the purchase.
