This new book is a goldmine; it explains much more deeply and is accessibly written.Lot’s of folks like “hacks” now days. (In my software development years, a hack was a “temporary fix” bound to give way sooner or later. Programmers used them when they didn’t want to be bothered to do the job “right, or the boss didn’t want to invest in addressing the underlying problems.
Relating to health, I’ve heard people speak of hacks w reverence. Hacks don’t create health. Health doesn’t come from smoke and mirrors.
I wouldn’t recommend this book if you’re looking for hacks. What the book offers is a serious approach to resolving the underlying issues pretty much everyone living in a modern culture has.
She writes accessibly and without nonsense about how to overcome just about anything. (The anything’s are all related.) She explains what goes awry in our physiology and how to address healing.
