Faulty copy…Smh

So I thought everything about my copy was fine until I realized that IT WAS
MISSING PAGES 63-78!!! And that instead of those pages, I got reprints of pages 47-62. Like, wtf. And I bought this brand new but I don’t see anything about an access code on any of the pages, no CD or whatever… nothing.
