The Authors

Vivek Jain is a MBBS graduate from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, and has done his MD (PSM/ Community Medicine) from Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. He had been a Consultant with ‘UN Office on Drugs & Crime – South Asia’ for SAARC Countries, and has extensively travelled across the globe. He has authored several best-seller books for both Indian and Foreign Medical Graduates, namely, Review of PSM (Including Biostatistics), PHOTON-20 (Image Based Questions), PhyBiAn, PROAFS, PMFU (Community Medicine) and PSM for NBE. He is also author of several research/ review articles in Indexed Journals. He has been actively involved in teaching Medical Undergraduates across the country and abroad since last 12 years. Having worked as a faculty with a Medical college in NCR-Delhi, Dr. Jain feels there is a lot of scope for improvement in teaching Medicine in India.

Please Don’t Rely on this book. I ignored park for most of the chapters and opened vivek jain psm before exams. The matter is too less to write any answer in exam. Even short answer can’t be written with this much information. The points used in this book are headings from Park. Read park and revise using this book as this will give you lots of headings for answer.

Its a very great book to study and to prepare for exam point of you , out of 100% ,70% syllabus is explained so good and for other 30% you have to prefer your normal textbooks like I’m prefering K.park , so its a really good book to read and to enjoy the smart learning .
