Second chance

First off… I loved the fact that you knew these two were inevitable from the very beginning. There was very little angst. Just a few catty women (why are there stupid women like that?!) and an agent who thought he knew better. Otherwise the majority of the book was Mason proving he wasn’t going anywhere and Presley getting out of her head. I loved the family dynamic between Chad, Mason, and Presley. They made the whole thing work easily. Communication could have been a little better between Presley and Chad but again you knew it was inevitable. But honestly Archie stole this whole show. That toddler had everyone wrapped around his fingers. He was just so adorable! This was the perfect low angst, seconds chance romance I needed at the moment. It was soft hearted with plenty of heat. However this also reminds us that the grass isn’t always greener when you look over the neighbors fence and that we need to make our own happiness. No one else will do it for us.

I loved Mason and Presely’s story. It was a great second chance romance. They always a had a small tie keeping them connected even when they were apart. I loved watching him prove to her this could work. Well written with characters I felt for. Definitely worth a one click!

Doing It Right is a perfect second chance romance full of sweet emotion, passionate desire, endearing characters, fun times and family. I loved this book so much. Mason has regretted leaving Presley to pursue his dreams every day and when the opportunity to make it up to her presents itself, he will do anything to get her back. Harlow Rae has outdone herself with this feel good story. This book is her best work by far. She is always a one click read for me and this book hits pay dirt.

This books was a feel good book. It lacked depth, character development and the story itself wasn’t interesting. The characters were blah. I struggled to get through it. At one point my husband asked why I rolled my eyes 10 times in the last few minutes. It was a hard read, there was just too much fluff and not enough story.

Oh my heart !!! Harloe Rae delivers a heartwarming and incredible story packed with all the punches ! Wonderous and emotional feelings from beginning to end. Presley and Mason are absolutely amazing! And Archie won my heart. Such a sweet and loveable boy. I am grabbing the audiobook now because I can’t possibly let these characters go yet !

Doing It Right is a sweet, second chance romance with all the feels.
Presley and Mason have always been each others lobsters and they immediately find that same strong connection when Mason comes back to his hometown after being away playing in the NFL for a few years. They have been separated but he always knew that Presley is the one for him and she is the whole reason he is back but first he has to open himself up in order to not only win her heart back but to extinguish all of her doubts so they can finally have the family and happily ever after they have been destined for.
