I was unaware that this is an International Student Edition, however there IS a sticker on the back stating that it is identical to the US version. I almost started a return when I saw this on the back.

Doesn’t mention that this is.the international edition in the description. Overall the book is the same as the U.S. edition except the numerical in it.
