The tables are very informative not only does it describe the procedures or chain of events to follow but they are short so they are easy to memorize. Normally questions in these type of texts are daunting because they have so many this book offers a handful which is great because the chapters are very short and that way you know for a fact you grasped what you just read. If not the chaptwr is short and you can just go back. The book is 129 pages so it is a short but very informed read. All in all a great recap book and something to keep to glance back to evey once in a while.“

This manual provides a great refresher on how to give CPR, how to use an AED, how to perform the Heimlich maneuver and so many more emergency life-saving techniques.
