Shocked at the results after 3 weeks using Braggs ACV

I read on line that ACV was good for heartburn. Had been suffering very badly with it for months. After 3 weeks, HB is cleared up, and not needing any OTC’s or prescriptions that I was given.

BONUS: I just went for blood work, and a check up. My blood pressure has returned to normal (after just 3 weeks of ACV), my A1C was below goal, …. I was shocked. I couldn’t believe the blood pressure reading! (Prescription meds were NOT working. One even made my BP soar!) I said to my doctor “HOW CAN THIS BE?” She calmly answered: It’s the apple cider vinegar.” She’s not a holistic doc, but tends to lean toward ‘natural’ whenever we can.

Rushed to order the book. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. !
Update: Now, I’ve been on this regiment for well over a year. My BP has stayed normal all this time. Heartburn:, ZERO.. and A1C … below goal. Also had suffered with frequent bouts of gout. <<< GONE. I got 4 benefits from this. I have purchased many more of the books, and got many people on to it. (My son, and other heal conscious friends.)

PS: I disagree that the book is all about ‘ads’. The book got me started, and the rest? It’s my medical history now.
It IS truly a miracle. And, once my store was out, I had to buy an organic brand, but not Bragg’s. It tasted so bad, I poured it down the sink. Then, Bragg’s was back on the shelf. It is uniquely superior.

A excellent book to have that shows you how you can heal your body with apple cider vinegar. And there’s definitely a difference between Bragg’s apple cider vinegar, and the regular apple cider vinegar in the stores. I didn’t realise that apple cider vinegar could heal my gums. So I brought some regular apple cider vinegar, and it did alright. So I decided I would purchase Bragg’s apple cider vinegar to see if there was any difference, and there definitely was. Plus this book made me aware of a lot of things that I wasn’t aware of, like the importance of making sure my body got enough potassium on a daily basis to remain healthy. I highly recommend this book if you want to stay healthy.

Like another reviewer stated, it is too peppered with advertisements. The basic information is good and useful but, I dislike having a company use an instructional book for promo purposes.

I use it for salad dressings and relieving cramps of any description.
RECIPE: AC vinegar, Same amount of honey, same amount of oil & a little water, I use coconut oil for everything. Also got a cramp? drink a gulp of Apple cider vinegar…works in under a minute.

I am a fan of ACV with the “mother” in it,organic.I wanted to know more abt its uses and the “mother”.This book is educational,although a bit corny wit the testimonies and photos.But it is a good book of facts and uses.

This book has TONS of great information and home remedies that my husband and I have tested out and they have worked wonders. My wife’s two favorites is the apple cider hair wash to help with the growth of her hair and taking a tablespoon daily to help with digestion and heartburn.

This book is worthless. I bought it to let it tell me how much vinager to drink for my different problems and nothing. Rewiews from other people about how great the book was but not for people that want recipes to use to help arthritis etc…
