The Authors
HELENA RHO is a three-time Pushcart Prize–nominated writer whose work has appeared in numerous publications, including Slate, Sycamore Review, Solstice, Entropy, 805 Lit + Art, and the anthologies Rage and Reconciliation and Silence Kills. A former assistant professor of pediatrics, Helena received her doctor of medicine in 1992 and has practiced and taught at top-ten children’s hospitals: Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Johns Hopkins Hospital, and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. The book is not literature. It is just a totally disjointed & very poorly written narrative with little frame of reference. Shame on allowing it to be a recommendation.

I was born in Europe, live in the USA for 51 years. I remember my birth country, go for visits every few years, but I don’t see how someone wants to artificially identity with her birth country so much, when she hardly remembers it
